Diamond Food Indonesia to release 100 million shares via IPO

JAKARTA - PT Diamond Food Indonesia plans to release 100 million shares in an initial public offering (IPO). The Issuer with the DMND stock code sets the offering price of Rp 915 per share.

For information, the public offering period for DMND shares is conducted from January 15 to January 16. While the date of listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will take place on January 22.

The target fund from this IPO is Rp 91.5 billion. About 80% of the IPO funds will be used as working capital for its subsidiary, PT Sukanda Djaya. The remaining IPO funds will be used for working capital to support the company's operational performance. (LM)
