JAKARTA. PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) recorded marketing sales of Rp 6.5 trillion in 2019, higher than the company's initial target of Rp 6.2 trillion.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, most of the company's pre-sales revenue (Rp 3 trillion or 47%) came from the residential segment.
Housing sales grew by 2% on an annual basis. In terms of volume, unit sales also grew from 1,299 units to 1,803 units.
"Commercial business units including commercial land plots, strata title (apartments) and shop houses contribute 49% or Rp. 3.5 trillion," he said in a press release on Tuesday (21/1).
The company also obtained pre-sales revenue from PT Transbumi Serbaraja, a subsidiary whose 100% shares are owned by BSDE. (AM/AR)
