PPRO eyes Rp 3.8 trillion in marketing sales

JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) is targeting marketing sales of Rp 3.8 trillion this year. The target is up by 67.40% compared to the realization of marketing sales in 2019 which was Rp 2.27 trillion. Last year, PPRO targeted marketing sales of Rp 4 trillion.

“Last year, the heavy political uncertainty made our buyers hold back. However, the property sector continues to grow. This year, with the relaxation of interest rates and tax incentives, we believe we can reach the target," explained PP Properti's Director Taufik Hidayat as quoted from Bisnis.

For information, PPRO has allocated capital expenditure for this year amounting to Rp 800 billion. The capital expenditure came from the company's internal cash which will be used to finance 7 new projects.

Three of the projects are residential projects and the remaining four are apartment projects. These projects are spread throughout Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya and Makassar. (LM)
