JAKARTA - Property developer PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) has 15 locations that will be handed over to consumers this year.
"The planned 15 locations to be handed over this year include 7 apartment towers and shophouses in Jabodetabek, 4 apartment towers in East Java, 2 apartment towers and landed houses in Central Java and Rukan in Kertajati-West Java," said Taufik Hidayat Director Main PPRO.
For information, PPRO's net profit target in 2020 is set at Rp 346 billion. To face challenges in 2020, PPRO has several strategies such as accelerating the marketing of completed apartments, accelerating the completion of construction of completed apartments and adding landed house products, and accelerating the unit handover process.
