JAKARTA - Hendra Brata purchased 516,100,000 of PT Sinergi Megah Internusa Tbk (NUSA) shares and increase his stake at the company from 3.02% to 9.72%.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Cynthia Monica, Corporate Secretary of PT Sinergi Megah Internusa Tbk (NUSA) said the number of NUSA shares owned by Hendra Brata rose to 748,688,000.
He is known as an investor who also serves in the audit committee at PT Inter Delta Tbk (INTD). (LK/AR)
