JAKARTA - Two majority shareholders of PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk (IFII) had sold their shares in the company for Rp 527.80 billion.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Heffy Hartono, President Director of IFII said the sale was done for investment. The shareholders who sold their shares were Heffy Hartono (1,053,200,000 shares, Rp 194.84 billion) and PT Andrindo Intiperkasa (1,799,800,000 shares, Rp 332.96 billion).
After the sale, Heffy Hartono's stake in the company was reduced to 1.56% or 146.8 million shares, While AI's stake in the company was reduced to 51% or 4,800,200,000 shares. (LK/AR)
