JAKARTA - Two Japanese investors, SMB Kenzai Co Ltd. and Noda Corporation purchased 32.44% of PT Indonesia Fibreboard Industry Tbk (IFII) shares. SMB Kenzai Co Ltd. purchased 25%, while Noda Corporation purchased 7.44%.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Heffy Hartono, Managing Director of PT Indonesia Fibreboard Indonesia Tbk (IFII) announced the transaction.
Kenzai SMB Co., Ltd. purchased 2,353,000,000 of IFII shares at a price of Rp 185 per share, while Noda Corporation purchased 700,000,000 shares.
Previously, Heffy Hartono and PT Andrindo Intiperkasa (AI) sold 2,853,000,000 of IFII at a price of Rp 185 per share. (LK/AR)
