JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA) is targeting industrial land sales of up to 20 hectares this year. This number is up by 12.35% from the realization in 2019 which was at 17.8 hectares.
"In 2019 we sold 17.8 hectares of land or Rp 298 billion. The target for 2020 is 20 hectares," said Surya Semesta Internusa Investor Relations Erlin Budiman as quoted from Bisnis.
The plan, SSIA will launch the Subang Industrial Estate covering an area of 250 hectares in the second semester of this year. A total of 70% will be used as industrial estates and the remaining 30% as residential areas for workers.
For information, SSIA has allocated capital expenditure this year of Rp 600 billion. The total capex increased by 15.38% from last year's capex realization of Rp 520 billion. (LM)
