JAKARTA - PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) provides company guarantees valued at NZ$ 11,806,000 or equivalent to Rp 104.15 billion at an exchange rate of Rp 8,907 per NZ$ 1 to HCBC, New Zealand Branch. This corporate guarantee is provided on a loan facility obtained by Alysnite One NZ Limited (AOL), a subsidiary of Impack International Pte Ltd (IIPL).
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, (28/1), Lenggana Linggawati, Corporate Secretary of PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) said the company's guarantee to HSBC for the loan facility was signed on January 24, 2020. "This is based on a facility agreement on August 2 2017 and the last change on January 24, 2020, "he said.
AOL is 100% IIPL owned, of which IMPC owns 100% IIPL shares. In the consolidated Financial Statements for the third quarter of 2019, AOL was listed as a plastic manufacturing company in New Zealand with total assets of Rp 70.60 billion. (LK)
