JAKARTA - PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) expects to obtain Rp 1.31 trillion from its rights issue, which is planned to be held on 11 - 17 February 2020. In the rights issue, the company will issue 648,218,250 shares at a price of Rp 2,022 per share.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, every shareholder who has at least 26 shares and is registered by 7 February 2020 has 5 rights issue (HMTD), which can be used to purchase CITA's new shares at the price mentioned above.
PT Harita Jayaraya had announced that it would not participate in the corporate action.
The company expects its authorized capital to increase to Rp 1.34 trillion, while its issued and paid-up capital is expected to increase to Rp 401.89 billion. (LK/AR).
