PSGO will give out most of its IPO funds to its subsidiaries to be used as capital

JAKARTA - PT Palma Serasih Tbk (PSGO) will give Rp 291.69 billion of its total IPO funds (Rp 291.75 billion) to its subsidiaries to be used as their capital expenditure (CapEx) budget and working capital.

As quoted from the company's disclosure, Astrida Niovita Bachtiar, Corporate Secretary of PT Palma Serasih Tbk (PSGO) said the remaining IPO funds (Rp 57.85 million) are placed in a current account with an interest rate of 0.5% per year.

The company's subsidiaries that received the IPO funds were PT Nusaraya Agro Sawit (Rp 111 billion), PT Agro Bumi Kaltim (Rp 78.27 billion), PT Global Primatama Mandiri (Rp 40.53 billion), PT Nusantara Agro Sentosa (Rp 34.86 billion), and PT Anugerah Energitama (Rp 27 billion). (LK/AR)
