As quoted from the company's disclosure, Marco Hardy, Corporate Secretary of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) said that the loan facility would be used to pay off debts and as part of the company's capital expenditure (CapEx) budget.
The agreement for the loan facility was signed on 28 January 2020. Previously, on 20 January 2020, FASW also obtained a loan facility worth US$ 50 million (Rp 680 billion) from PT OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP). (LK/AR)
