JAKARTA - PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (MPMX) has allocated capital expenditure or capex around Rp 600 billion - Rp 700 billion in 2020. For information, the company targets revenue growth in the range of 5% - 10%.
Capex in 2020 will be used for infrastructure development and additional fleet rental units. In addition, capex will also be allocated to the Honda motorcycle distributor segment in the East Java and East Nusa Tenggara regions.
"The rest is for the purchase of car units in MPM Rent. This is a routine activity of the MPRent to rejuvenate its units," explained GM Corporate Communication Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk Natalia Lusnita as quoted from Bisnis.
As of the end of September 2019, MPMX revenue was recorded at Rp 12.46 trillion, up 7.31% on an annual basis. The biggest contribution came from the two-wheeled, four-wheeled vehicles and spare parts. (LM)
