JAKARTA - PT Itama Ranoraya Tbk (IRRA) still have Rp 119.35 billion of its IPO proceeds of Rp 140.93 billion.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published by the IDX today(31/1), Rp 18.75 billion of the IPO proceeds was used as working capital, and another Rp 2.83 billion was used to purchase assets. The company plans to use Rp 56.37 billion of its IPO proceeds as working capital, and Rp 84.56 billion to purchase assets.
On 15 October 2019, IRRA offered 400,000 new shares in its IPO with an exercise price of Rp 374 per share. The lead underwriters were PT BNI Sekuritas and PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia. (LK/AR)
