PP Presisi targets its new contract value to grow by 20% YoY

31 January 2020 16:18

JAKARTA. PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE) targets its new contract value to grow by 20% year on year (YoY) to Rp 7 trillion this year.

Meanwhile, in 2019 PPRE was able to obtain new contracts with a total value of Rp 5.9 trillion, higher than the target set previously (Rp 5.8 trillion).

Finance Director of PP Presisi, Benny Pidakso explained that by considering the achievement in 2019, the company had set a new contract target of Rp 7 trillion.

"The new contracts targeted this year will come from mostly non-construction projects. So far, we prioritize projects from within the group, with a composition of almost 50%. But for this year, the composition will be more from outside the group or as much as 60%," he explained in Jakarta, Friday (31/1).

Not surprisingly, since the beginning of 2018, the company has been intensively conducting business diversification by encouraging its subsidiary PT Lancarjaya Mandiri Abadi (LMA) to work on mining infrastructure projects, especially coal and nickel.

Benny said that his party was currently exploring a project with the largest mining company in Indonesia. So far, said Benny, the signs are positive for PPRE. (AM)
