JAKARTA - PT J Resources Asia Pasifik Tbk (PSAB) will issue Phase III 2020 sustainable bonds amounting to Rp 800 billion, of which this debt will be offered to the public on 11-12 February 2020. Funds from the issuance of this debt will be used to accelerate Medium Phase I Term Notes worth Rp 500 billion and the remainder as working capital.
As quoted from the company's prospectus, this bond is offered without a time with a value of 100% of the total principal for three years with a fixed interest of 10% per year. The offered bonds worth IDR 566.60 billion are guaranteed with full commitment, while the remaining principal offered is IDR 233.40 billion with best effort.
PT Pefindo gives idA rating (single A) related to the bond issuance plan. The underwriters in this corporate action, PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM) and as trustee namely PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI). (LK)
