JAKARTA - PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk (HOTL) is seeking a bank loan that will be used to pay off Senior Tranche 2 debt refinancing in October 2020. As is known, Senior Tranche 2 as of September 30, 2019 is worth Rp 71.62 billion.
As quoted from the disclosure of company information, Tubagus Yudi Yuniardi, Corporate Secretary of PT Saraswati Griya Lestari Tbk (HOTL) said the company is currently conducting negotiations with a number of banks to obtain funding for Senior Tranche 2 refinancing and capex facilities.
This year, HOTL has three types of debt that will mature, namely, Senior Tranche I worth Rp 392.17 billion on March 16, 2020, Senior Tranche 2 on October 16, 2020, and Capex Facility worth Rp 190.24 billion which will mature on October 16, 2020. (LK)
