JAKARTA - PT Diamond Citra Propertindo will release 2.15 billion shares through an initial public offering (IPO). Issuer DADA stock code set the offering price at Rp 102 per share. Thus, the company has the potential to reap fresh funds of up to Rp 218.99 billion.
For information, DADA appointed PT Shinhan and PT UOB Kay Hian Sekuritas as lead underwriters and underwriters. The public offering will take place on February 4-7 and share listing on IDX will be held on February 14.
In addition to issuing new shares, DADA also offers series I warrants of 1.61 billion. The amount represents 32.01% of the total issued and fully paid shares. (LM)
