JAKARTA. PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. will prepare the initial public offering (IPO) of its subsidiary which manages the Trans Jawa Toll Road, which is planned to be conducted next year.
Finance Director of Jasa Marga, Donny Arsal said that the plan would be executed next year because the company wanted to ensure that the company's valuation was optimal before the IPO.
"We will hold an IPO if the valuation is optimum. That can happen if the revenue is steady, if we are confident that it will be stable in the future. So, we will take a look at the situation. We will start the process next year at the soonest, "he said in Jakarta on Wednesday (6/2).
This process will start first by separating the subsidiary (spin off) before restructuring the company in preparation for the IPO. (AM/AR)
