Fajar Surya obtains a US$ 30 million loan from Bank Mizuho

JAKARTA. PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) received a loan from Bank Mizuho Indonesia, with a total value of US$ 30 million and Rp 700 billion. This is the third loan received by the company this year.

In January 2020, the company had signed two loan facility agreements. The first one was for a US$ 100 million loan from Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, and the second was for a US$ 50 million loan from PT OCBC NISP Tbk. \

According to Corporate Secretary of FASW, Marco Hardy, both loans are used for debt refinancing and as additional capital expenditure (CapEx) budget.

The loan from Bank Mizuho has a 7-year tenor. Based on the company's financial statements, as of Q3 2019, the company's debt was recorded at Rp 6.48 trillion, consisting of short-term loans (Rp 3.16 trillion) and long-term (Rp 3.31 trillion). (AM/AR)
