JAKARTA - To strengthen its market and maintain growth, PT Ace Hardware Indonesia Tbk. (ACES) plans to open 15 new outlets in 2020 in various regions outside Jakarta.
The statement made by Corporate Secretary of PT Ace Hardware Indonesia, Helen Tanzil at the same time denied the rumor that the company would stop expansion plans due to new competitors and the emergence of e-commerce.
The company has an online platform that allows consumers to make purchases online. Consumers can make purchases through the company's website or through ruparupa.com which is an exclusive online platform for Ace Hardware.
As of today, ACES has 197 outlets in Indonesia. This year, with a capital expenditure budget of around Rp 250 billion, the company plans to open 15 new outlets. (ARM/AR)
