JAKARTA. PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) will look for 2,000-3,000 new tenants for its telecommunication towers and build more fibre optic networks to realize revenue growth of 9% to 10% in 2020.

Adam Gifari, Deputy President Director of TOWR, said that the new tenant target includes tenants of new telecommunications towers and collocation. As for the fibre optic business, he admitted the company had received many orders.

"In 2020, we will have a total of 36,000 kilometres of fibre optic cables," Gifari explained as quoted by Kontan on Thursday (6/2) yesterday.

TOWR has prepared a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 3 trillion to Rp 3.5 trillion. The company will use internal cash and loans from banks for its CapEx budget.

Nevertheless, the CapEx budget does not include funds for the acquisition of new telecommunications towers. (KR/AR)
