Cinta Airport Flores will work on Komodo Airport services

JAKARTA - Consortium of the construction of the Komodo Airport, Labuan Bajo, NTT formed a subsidiary of PT Cinta Airport Flores (CAF) to serve out aircraft landing, placement and storage services. As is known for the airport construction consortium, among others, PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS), Changi Airports International Pte Ltd, and Changi Airports Mena Pte Ltd.

As quoted from the disclosure of company information submitted by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Monday (10/2), Widianawati D Adhiningrat, Director of PT Cardig Aero Services Tbk (CASS) said the CAF was formed to carry out airport activities. The airport activities include flight services (JP2) and garbarata (aviobridge) services, including fire fighting and fire prevention services at the airport.

CAF's capital structure, such as the authorized capital of Rp 10 billion consisting of 10,000 shares with a value of Rp 1 million per share, paid-up capital and issued capital of Rp 2.5 billion each. As for CASS being the largest shareholder with 2,000 shares or Rp 2 billion, Changi Airports International Pte Ltd totalling Rp 125 billion, and Changi Airports Mena Pte Ltd totalling Rp 375 billion.
