JAKARTA - PT Protelindo, a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) distributed Rp 230 billion of cash dividends to its shareholders. According to the company's financial statements, as of Q3 2019, the company had generated Rp 4.65 trillion in revenue and Rp 1.69 trillion in profit.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (11/2), Maya Marcella, Corporate Secretary of PT Protelindo, stated that the distribution of cash dividends will not affect the company's financial condition. "In addition, the distribution of cash dividends will not disrupt the company's effort in meeting its obligations to creditors," he said.
As of 30 September 2019, Protelindo's total liabilities and equity was recorded at Rp 26.13 trillion, higher than its record in 2018 of Rp 22.85 trillion. (LK/AR)
