JAKARTA - PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) will issue 177.50 million new shares in its rights issue, which is planned to be held on 30 June 2020.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Wednesday (12/2), funds from the rights issue will later be used as the company's working capital. Before holding the rights issue, the company's management will ask for approval from the company's shareholders during the company's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS).
PLIN's management is optimistic that the rights issue will help improve the company's condition. (LK/AR)
