JAKARTA - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) obtained a loan facility worth Rp 1.10 trillion (Rp 700 billion and US$ 30 million) from PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. This loan facility has a 7-year tenor.
As quoted from the company's disclosure, Marco Hardy, Corporate Secretary of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) said that the loan facility will be used for debt refinancing and as additional capital expenditure (CapEx) budget.
As of 31 December 2019, FASW's short term debt was recorded at Rp 1.69 trillion, while its long term debt was recorded at Rp 937.70 billion. (LK/AR)
