JAKARTA. PT Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk (PTPP), a construction company owned by the Indonesian government, obtained a contract for the construction of Pollux Technopolis worth Rp 3.5 trillion.

Agus Purbianto, Finance Director of PTPP, said that his party would obtain Rp 300 billion from the initial development of the project. This value, said Purbianto, is based on the contract on objects that will be built by the company. "This year, it (revenue from Pollux Technopolis) is around Rp 300 billion," Purbianto explained to Kontan on Tuesday (11/2) yesterday.

For information, Pollux Technopolis is owned by PT Pollux Lito, a joint venture between PT Pollux Properti Indonesia Tbk (POLL) and Lito Group.

Pollux Technopolis will have 26 apartment towers, 368 shophouses, and supporting facilities. This project is targeted to become one of the business centers in Karawang, West Java. (KR/AR)
