JAKARTA - PT PP Properti Tbk (PPRO) will develop landed house products to help the company to pursue its revenue target for this year of Rp 3.1 trillion.
President Director of PPRO, Taufik Hidayat stated through a written statement on Thursday (13/2), said the company also set a net profit target of Rp 346 billion.
He said that with the landed house products and other projects worked on by the company, the company is confident that it can reach the target by the end of the year. Construction of landed houses is faster, so that it can help the company get funds sooner.
According to Taufik, landed house products will be easy to sell because market interest in those products is currently high, especially since the company is building in very strategic places, like Rancasari (Bandung) Transyogi (Cibubur), and Cengkareng (West Jakarta).(ARM/AR)
