JAKARTA - PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk. has prepared a capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of US$ 14.6 million this year, which will be used for fleet maintenance.
Deputy Director of Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Lucas Djunaidi stated that the budget is 24.7% higher than the budget last year of US$ 11.7 million.
"Our CapEx will be used for maintaining our ships, especially for scheduled intermediate surveys and special surveys for tug boats, barges and floating cranes," he said.
The maintenance is one of the company's efforts to meet its profit growth target of 20% this year, while also increase efficiency in almost all of the company's business lines. (ARM/AR)
