JAKARTA. PT Cottonindo Ariesta Tbk (KPAS) plans to purchase production equipment with capital expenditure (CapEx) budget of Rp 10 billion to Rp 15 billion.
Johan Kurniawan, Corporate Secretary of KPAS, stated that the CapEx budget would also be used for production infrastructure maintenance. "We will add two types of machinery and one supporting machinery, besides that, the CapEx budget will also be used for building and road maintenance," Kurniawan said as quoted by Kontan on Sunday (16/2) yesterday.
Kurniawan explained that his party would rely on internal funds for its CapEx budget.
With the planned expansion, KPAS targets to record 10% sales growth. Besides expansion, the company will also look for more distributors. (KR/AR)
