JAKARTA - PT Otoraja Network Indonesia, a technology company focusing on motorcycle workshops, obtained an additional capital of Rp 10 billion from PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (18/2), Doddy Susanto, President Director of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) said that the controlling shareholder of Otoraja Network is PT Yamaha Motor Ltd. After the capital injection, SMMA will own a 40% stake in Otoraja, while Yamaha Motor will own 60%.
At present, Otoraja operates in Banten and DKI Jakarta. The company has more than 50 workshops in the two provinces, providing premium motorcycle equipment and accessories. (LK/AR)
