JAKARTA - PT Dayasa Aria Prima received a Rp 1.52 trillion loan facility from PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) which will be used for debt refinancing and as additional capital expenditure (CapEx) budget.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Thursday (20/2), Marco Hardy, Corporate Secretary of PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) said the loan facility has a seven-year tenor. The loan agreement was signed on 18 February 2020.
Previously, FASW received a Rp 1.10 trillion loan facility from PT Bank Mizuho Indonesia. (LK/AR)
