JAKARTA - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) will distribute Rp 3.84 trillion of cash dividends (Rp 206.24 per share). The plan has been approved at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) which took place last week.
In the company's disclosure published yesterday (24/2), Meiliana, Corporate Secretary of PT BNI Tbk (BBNI) said that that the company managed to generate Rp 15.38 trillion in profit in 2019.
The cash dividends will be distributed on 24 March 2020. (LK/AR)
