JAKARTA - The largest contributor to PT Multi Bintang Indonesia Tbk's (MLBI) sales in 2019 was the domestic market with Rp 3.68 trillion, up from Rp 3.52 trillion in 2018, while export sales were recorded at Rp 27.30 billion, down from Rp 49.25 billion in 2018.
According to the company's financial report as of December 31, 2019, Multi Bintang's total sales amounted to Rp 3.71 trillion, up from Rp 3.57 trillion in 2018. Sales of alcoholic drinks reached Rp 3.27 trillion, up from Rp 3.19 trillion, while sales of non-alcoholic drinks reached Rp 440.87 billion, up from Rp 383.39 billion.
In 2019, Multi Bintang recorded Rp 2.28 trillion in gross profit, slightly up from Rp 2.21 billion in 2018. Its operating profit was recorded at Rp 1.64 trillion, slightly down from Rp 1.65 trillion; profit before tax was Rp 1.62 trillion, down from Rp 1.67 trillion; while profit was recorded at Rp 1.20 trillion, down from Rp 1.22 trillion.
