JAKARTA - PT Harita Prima Abadi Mineral, a shareholder of PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA), has repaid its US$ 100 million syndicated loan, using the funds obtained from its rights issue which took place last week.
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Tuesday (4/3), Yusak Lumba Pardede, Director of PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA) said that his party and HPAM had signed an agreement related to the distribution of rights issue proceeds. HPAM's creditors include DBS Bank Ltd, Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Ltd, and PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP).
In the rights issue, CITA obtained Rp 1.31 trillion after issuing 648,218,250 shares at an exercise price of Rp 2,022 per share. (LK/AR)
