JAKARTA - PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA) recorded revenues in 2019 amounting to Rp 21.78 trillion. This figure increased 2.9% on an annual basis compared to revenue in 2018 amounting to Rp 21.18 trillion.
In line with the increase in revenue, PTBA's cost of revenue also rose 12.3% on an annual basis to Rp 14.17 trillion. Therefore, PTBA's profits eroded up to 21% to Rp 4.04 trillion. Whereas in 2018, PTBA managed to record a net profit of Rp 5.12 trillion.
For information, PTBA's cash and cash equivalents were at Rp 4.75 trillion at the end of 2019, down 24.5% from the previous year at Rp 6.3 trillion. However, the number of company’s assets increased by 7.96% to Rp 26.09 trillion from Rp 24.17 trillion in 2018. (LM)
