JAKARTA - PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) will distribute cash dividends of Rp 22 per share, which will be taken from the company's net profit in 2019 of Rp 215.53 billion. The plan was decided at the company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) which took place yesterday (3/3).
Rudy Sujanto, Chief Financial Officer of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), said that aside from distributing cash dividends, the company will also save Rp 30 billion for buyback.
In 2019, the company recorded sales of Rp 2.15 trillion and Rp 568.65 billion in gross profit. (LK/AR)
