JAKARTA - PT Sang Pelopor increases its stake in PT Ciputra Development Tbk (CTRA) after purchasing 1,078,040,268 of CTRA shares. Now, the company control 9,794,373,998 CTRA shares, equivalent to 52.77% of CTRA's total issued capital.
After the transaction, public ownership in the company fell to 47.1%. While the remaining 0.13% are treasury stocks.
This was revealed by Director of the Sang Pelopor, Harun Hajadi during the company's disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Friday (6/3).
He said that the transactions were done from 28 February to 3 March 2020 at a price of Rp 725 to Rp 750 per share. (ARM/AR)
