JAKARTA - PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (CIMB) will issue Shelf Registration Sukuk Mudharabah I phase III/2020 with a total value of Rp 1 trillion. The sukuk will be offered to investors on 19-23 March 2020 in three series (A, B, and C).
As quoted from the company's disclosure published on Monday (9/3), Series A has a total value of Rp 322 billion with a holder ratio of 14.50%, Series B has a total value of Rp 287 billion with a holder ratio of 17.50%. Finally, Series C has a total value of Rp 391 billion with a holder ratio of 18.13%.
The underwriters are PT Bahana Sekuritas, PT CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, and PT Mandiri Sekuritas, while the trustee is PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNII). PT Pefindo gave the planned sukuk "idAAA(sy)" rating. (LK/AR)
