JAKARTA - PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) targets to record marketing sales of Rp 7.2 trillion this year. The target is 11% higher than the realization in 2019 (Rp 6.5 trillion).
As quoted from the company's press release made on Monday (9/3), Herman Wijaya, Director of PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) said the realization of marketing sales in 2019 was above the target set at the beginning of the year of Rp 6.2 trillion. "The achievement is supported by the sale of new products that are unique and innovative," he said.
He is optimistic that landed houses will still be the main contributor to the company's marketing sales, followed by commercial projects, and land sales. (LK/AR)
