JAKARTA - PT Alfa Energi Investama Tbk (FIRE) will conduct buyback in the first half of this year, as an effort to anticipate fluctuating market conditions.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Thursday (12/3), Lyna, Corporate Secretary of PT Alfa Energi Investama Tbk (FIRE) said the company allocated a Rp 5 billion budget for the buyback.
According to him, the corporate action plan was carried out to maintain the stability of the company's stock price. Earlier this week, FIRE's share price was recorded at Rp 134 per share, far lower than its price at the end of 2019 at Rp 780 per share. (LK/AR)
