JAKARTA - PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk (AISA) managed to raise Rp 329.46 billion through the issuance of new shares in its private placement. The funds from this corporate action will help improve AISA's financial condition.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Wednesday (12/3), in this corporate action, AISA issued 1,568,900,000 new Series B shares at a price of Rp 210 per share. The buyer of these new shares is PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama, a subsidiary of PT FKS Food and Ingredient.
After the corporate action, AISA's issued and paid-up capital rose from 3,218,600,000 shares to 4,787,500,000 shares. (LK/AR)
