JAKARTA - The Financial Services Authority (OJK) has approved the request to dissolve Ramayana Insurance Pension Fund. The dissolution was proposed by PT Asuransi Ramayana Tbk (ASRM), shareholder of the Ramayana Insurance Pension Fund (DPAR).
As quoted from the disclosure published by OJK on Thursday (12/3), the dissolution was carried out through the decision of the Board of Commissioners (KDK) No KEP-7/D.05/2020 dated 25 February 2020. The dissolution was carried out in order to efficiently and effectively administer the pension program. With that, the Ramayana Insurance pension program was transferred to the Manulife Indonesia Financial Institution Pension Fund.
The decree on the dissolution of the DPAR was signed on 3 March 2020, signed by Deputy Commissioner for Non-Bank Financial Industry Supervisor I Anggar B Nuraini. In the decree, KDK appointed the liquidation team; Denny Hermawan Trijantoro as Chairperson, Reri Perdana Susantyo and Siti Zulaiha respectively as members. (LK/AR)
