JAKARTA. PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk (BNGA) has confirmed that one of its employees is affected by the coronavirus (Covid-19) and has been treated at one of the referral hospitals prepared by the government.
Toni Darusman, Head of Marketing for Brand and Communications of BNGA, said that the affected employee's condition had stabilized. "We are grateful that the employee is currently in a stable condition and has been handled well in one of the hospitals referred by the government," Darusman explained as reported by Kontan on Monday (16/3) today.
Darusman explained the employee was based in Bintaro, South Tangerang. "At the back office at Griya Niaga 1 Bintaro, and he does not interact directly with customers," said Darusman.
BNGA will implement various anticipatory measures to prevent the possible spread of Covid-19. But the company's operations and service will remain normal, with a number of adjustments. (KR/AR)
