JAKARTA. PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (WOMF), also known as WOM Finance, plans to distribute cash dividends of Rp 77.9 billion (Rp 22.4 per share).
The value of the dividend is equivalent to 30% of the net profit obtained by WOMF in 2019 of Rp 25.67 billion.
In its disclosure of information, WOMF announces that cum dividends on the regular and negotiations market are set on 20 March 2020. Ex-dividends on the regular and negotiations market are set on 23 March 2020, and cum dividends on the cash market is set on 24 March 2020. Dividend payments will be made on 15 April 2020
As of today's trading at 11:22 WIB, WOMF's share price is at the level of Rp 236 per share. (KR/AR)
