JAKARTA - Png Ewe Chai increased his stake in PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) by purchasing 207,400 shares last week (12/3). The value of the shares varied in the range of Rp 690 per share to Rp 700 per share.
As quoted from the company's disclosure Tuesday (17/3), Christanto Pranata, Corporate Secretary of PT Cikarang Listrindo Tbk (POWR) said the purpose of the transaction was for investment.
Png Ewe Chai spent Rp 140.5 million for those shares. Png Ewe Chai is the President Director of POWR. (LK/AR)
