JAKARTA - PT Fajar Surya Wisesa Tbk (FASW) will distribute cash dividends amounting to Rp 455.93 billion to shareholders. The amount is equivalent to 47.06% of the company’s 2019 net profit, amounting to Rp 968.83 billion.
For information, the remaining net profit of the company in 2019 or around Rp 512.7 billion will be used as working capital and financial anticipation of the company's expansion plan.
Cum dividends on the regular and negotiations market is on March 20, ex dividends on the regular and negotiations market on March 23. Then, cum dividends on the cash market will be on March 24 and ex dividends on the cash market on March 26. (LM)
