Bank Mandiri will issue bonds with a total value of Rp 3 trillion

JAKARTA. PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. will issue its Shelf Registration Bonds II phase I/2020 with a total value of Rp 3 trillion. The funds will be used to strengthen the company's funding structure.

Deputy President Director of Bank Mandiri Hery Gunardi said the issuance of the bonds was carried out in accordance with the company's plan. At the moment, the issuance of the bonds is still being registered to the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The book-building process will be carried out at the end of March 2020, he said as quoted by Bisnis on Tuesday (17/3).

Previously, Bank Mandiri has issued bonds with a total value of 14 trillion during the period of 2016-2018. (AM/AR)
