JAKARTA. PT Kimia Farma Tbk (KAEF) will supply 4.7 million surgical masks to Kimia Farma outlets throughout Indonesia.
Corporate Secretary of PT Kimia Farma Tbk Ganti Winarno explained that they have distributed 1.7 million masks by March 2020.
"At the end of this month Kimia Farma will get a supply of 3 million masks so that at the end of March, Kimia Farma will distribute as many as 4.7 million masks to the public through our retail networks throughout Indonesia," he said as quoted by KONTAN on Tuesday (17/3). The distribution process will be carried out in stages.
At present KAEF has distributed 500,000 masks to Kimia Farma outlets in Jabodetabek. Ganti hopes that the masks that are available can be evenly distributed to everyone. He also reminds the prioritized customers are people who are sick like the flu, coughs, colds and other respiratory diseases. (AM/AR)
