JAKARTA - PT Catur Megatunggal (CM) invested Rp 9.90 billion to increase its stake in PT Lautan Luas Tbk (LTLS). By purchasing 19.80 million shares last week (12/3), CM's stake in LTLS rose from 54.25% to 55.54%.
As quoted from the company's disclosure on Wednesday (18/3), Jimmy Masrin, President Director of PT Catur Megatunggal (CM) said the purchase was made for investment purposes. The shares were purchased at a price of Rp 500 per share.
After the transaction, the shareholders of LTLS are CM (55.54%), public (each below 5%) (41.18%), JImmy Masrin (0.27%), Joan Fuanda (1.92%), Indrawan Masrin (0.58%) , and Pranata Hajadi (0.62%). (LK/AR)
